Generally happy with the level of serviceI was happy with the fact that I was called and told that the bat had a small defect. I did request whether a picture could be sent to me but that sounded like a bit of a challenge for your team. When I received my purchase I was happy with all the contents although it did arrive 2 days late due to some "sorting" issue.

Excellent serviceOf course, I ordered the wrong size shoe, and of course there was none of the right size when I returned the first pair. But I got a really friendly email, asking if I wanted them to look out for a return of the right size, and lo and behold, only a week or so later, a package arrived with the right sized shoes in them - excellent service!

Shipping is fast!I love how fast Supadance ships there shoes they arrived faster then I get mail from one US city to another. I love the shoe I bought but I would have to say that most of the time reg fit works for me because I have narrow feet but this time I would say reg fit on the practice shoe Style 1048 I bought is more like a med. I will need to purchase a insert to make them more snug.
