Had several experiences - Supadance is constantly showing excellent quality and serviceI've been making orders for several years. International shipping normally takes around 2 weeks. Once I had to change size - it was quite easy (not counting additional weeks of shipping).And the shoes are truly the best for me!

Problem? - no problemUser friendly website on which I bought a pair of running shoes, standard delivery. The shoes arrived in approx 4 days - however the size that I ordered didn't fit..so I used the local drop off returns service and rather than wait for the return and replacement, requested a refuned and ordered a bigger size. The next order (also standard delivery) arrived within 48 hours - which I thought was excellent service.

Brilliant!!!!!Jules B give a fantastic service, super quick and I even got an e-mail telling me my parcel had been delivered. The shoes I bought were exactly what I wanted and cheaper that anywhere else. I will definitely be using them again, maybe even today!

Looking for the perfect wellyHaving ordered and received promptly a pair of wellies which were far too big for me, I telephoned the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful girl who explained at great length how to return them; also which alternative type of boot to order .I sent back the first pair via a local shop - one of hundreds all over the country which do this service. The second pair arrived a day or so later, and were a size too big again! This time they went back as a 'swap out', the correct size wellies were ordered, arrived by carrier the next day, and the second pair taken away. All monies spent on the two wrong pairs were refunded within a few days.I was very impressed by the efficiency of this company, what could have been a complicated nightmare was carried out without a hitch.
