12 October 2011 Happy, happy, happy Excellent quality door handles and accessories; fab website which provides good advice and easy answers. The door handles we purchased have been really well admired since they were fitted. Would happily recommend company and there variety of products, as well as their excellent customer service.

Check the box! Always had great service in past but sent back some shoes for a smaller size and the ones sent were still same size but in the a wrongly marked box, rang to complain-little concern and was told thd boxes aren't checked when sending out! Surely they can be- it would take 30 secs! Cue me making another trip to the PO to return them - my time, my petrol!

---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??
