---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great

First class website and serviceFound this website while looking for some rugby gloves for my son who has just started his first season age 6. Very good website explains sizes etc. good delivery service although delivery charge a bit expensive.

Super cool shoes with super cool service and delivery! Easy to use website, with good information. Awesome twenty four hours from order to delivery. Parcelforce early morning delivery. Would certainly use this company again and again.
