Excellent service which was second to none. I ordered the shoes in the afternoon and they were delivered in the morning the next day. The sale price is very reasonable and the product excellent. I like the fact there was no postage payable and there were clear instructions for free returns of items not required or suitable etc. Also that the credit for the returned item was actioned immediately. Well done can't complain at all. I wish more organisations in the Uk provided such excellent services.

So Very HelpfulI phoned to get advice as I was new to buying wellies over ¡ê10 ! the person I spoke to listened to my requirements and suggested a couple of products which I looked at on line whilst we were talking.I was not rushed or pushed into buying the most expensive.Good honest advice - brilliant.I placed the order on line and the wellies arrived the next day. From start to end a great retail experience I would certainly recommend.
