04 July 2012 Excellent service I ordered online and I made a mistake when I made the order. Next day I received a call informing me that the items I order don't match and explained me which ones I should order. It was very fast and I was explained clearly what is the problem. Delivery was on time and the goods are of good quality.

16 March 2012 Flawless From the first call I had no problems at all , the order was placed and arived a few days later. A week went past and my door handles arived , but due to the style of my doors the handles would not fit, so I had to change one of the locks I called them up and yes sir just pop it back to us and we will refund you . I ordered a different lock there and then and two days later it was fitted to the door , very fast service. A day or two later I receved a e mail to say could I call as the old lock had arived and they needed to refund my card . I had first class service from start to finish and I thank you all very much . Good service- beware prices not incl vatChose this company because prices seemed to be so reasonable. Almost beyond the point of no return, ie at the checkout, got clobbered with VAT, which made me feel slightly cheated, but went ahead anyway as by that stage I really couldn't be bothered and didn't have the time to continue searching.Very irritating.The service otherwise was very good.
