---Super fast easy and friendly serviceI paid for the shoes on Sunday night, and they were delivered by Tuesday. I actually missed the post, but the courier sent them to my local post office so that was handy. I particularly liked the hand written note. Would definitely use again should I find another pair of shoes I like!

When is leather not leather?! Saw great priced boots described as 'Leather upper' on website. Brilliant next day fast delivery, but 100% synthetic, so pointed this out and sent back as overpriced for 'synthetic' item. The web description miraculously then changed overnight! Can't fault staff, but dodgy trade descriptions.
