5 stars on first purchaseI odered some Fit Flops from Shoetique and not only were they better value than I had seen elsewhere (and the exact style and colour I was looking for), they were delivered promptly and for free. If this level of service is maintained then I will be a regular customer!

Super bargain, delivered right on timeI had admired this dress a few times, and decided it would be just right for a special event. I ordered and paid the very reasonable ¡ê2.99 for next day courier delivery.It arrived right on time, beautifully packaged and was a perfect bargain.

Excellent customer service - returnsFor the 1st time I had the need to return some new running shoes as they were too tight. I found the returns information contained with the shoes accurate and clear, as was the website. The free local collection site identified on the website was "geared up" and everything worked well. It made me confident about ordering again.

Well one wellie was good........Arrived quick, looked great and fitted perfectly but one of the wellies is not waterproof and let water seap through above the sole :/ therefore cannot wear them again in the rains
