23 December 2011 <br/>Excellent customer service The t-shirt I ordered never arrived (presumably due to the snow). I contacted the company a few days before xmas to inform them and another one was sent straight out to me by recorded delivery, it arrived the next day. How refreshing to deal with a company who are so polite and willing to help in what must be such a busy time of year.

FRIENDLY FOOTPEOPLE WHO CARE Very efficient order system, great to have next day delivery. Dissapointed when the shoe's arrived in my normal size but they were to big. Rang Shoetique and got some helpful advice. I was also given the telephone number of the shoe manufacturer to contact them direct with regard to size advise. Would be good to have a guide as to how the various styles fit with a brief bit of information about foot widths etc. Asked for an exchange. Hope the same efficiency in receiving the replacement.

Lightning-fast delivery, great kit.Ordered loads of hockey kit for the new season from the warehouse clearance sale. Great personal service by phone and very cheap delivery costsI ordered Bogs boots for my son but unfortunatley ordered the wrong pair. Then I ordered the right pair but did not read about getting a size bigger! When I went to re-order in time for Xmas, to my horror they had every other size than the one I needed. This was with less than a week to go!I rang the company and explained my dilemma. No problem to the man I spoke to. They were due to receive a big order from America that day and he took my details and processed the order as promised that evening. The boots arrived within three days to the Isle of Man! Even with returning two pairs, the shipping costs were less than ordereing one pair from originator!! So a happy Xmas for all of us!Well done. Will recommend site to others.
