27 November 2011 Not happy with poor service. Placed an order for two sets of handles. They said they were dispatched then three days later phoned and asked for another ¡ê22.50 for carraige as i stayed in the highlands of scotland. If anyone knows how to read a map Aberdeen is nowhere near the highlands. Very snotty assistant on the phone will definitely not use again. If you need handles go elswhere.

Insides worm away in less than 6 weeksI was delighted to find these wellies - cool colours in such a wide calf fitting. I only wear them for an hour each morning whilst walking the dogs over the fields. No excessive sue but I am extremely disappointed to find that the lining has all worn through on the heels and they are now uncomfortable to wear.I am going to contact them to try and get alternatives but I'm not sure I want a noter pair to last 6 more weeks ...

Order not without its hitches but expertly dealt withPurchased some new goalkeeping kit from barringtons, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and wrong size in 2 of the pieces. Barringtons were excellent in agreeing to change the kit and offering free postal returns for exchanges, brilliant and reassuring when getting high priced products. I did however have a wait a significant time to receive my exchange, I started to worry it hadn't been received so emailed customer service who apologised and said my item would be shipped the next day. What do you know few days later my kit arrived on my front door.This wasn't the last drama with my order as on delivery the external courier decided to leave my kit on an open porch and when I returned home to the card through my letter box my item was no longer on the porch. Barringtons were excellent and once the courier had confirmed the item probably had been stolen (which took a weekend) barringtons shipped me a new item and said they would
