EXCELLENT, FIRST CLASS SERVICE, RECOMMENDED, BOOTS ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY I wanted a pair of Romika Alaska boots, selling on most sites for 89.99 so checked more thoroughly to see if i could find them cheaper. I found some for 59.99, then found shoetique site which was offering to match any cheaper price found and would also deduct 10% of the price difference. I sent an email and got an immediate reply from Laura who said that they could match the price and I could have them for ¡ê57.00. I rang her and she said they would be sent out that day, and I received them the next day. She was very helpful and friendly which is not what you normally find nowadays in shops. Just shows that it does pay to shop around!

Expensive returnI had to return the boots I had ordered because they were so huge & heavy. I then found out that the usual return system for the Isle of Man no longer existed, which resulted in my having to pay over ¡ê10 to return them by post.The lady I spoke to at Easy Wellies was very nice, but did not know why this had happened.The subsequent boots I ordered are great, so I am very happy with my second order.I just wish the web site had been up to date regarding returns. It was very irritating not being able to find the information I needed on the site. The expense of returning items has put me off using them again.
