Speedy, Accurate, Excellect ValueThe goods I ordered arrived very speedily and accurately (and cheaper than anywhere else). One item (some boots) didn't fit and I returned them and received the refund very promptly. The Collect-Plus system was great, saving postage for the return and faffing-around at a post-office. My only slight criticism was that when I left a 'phone message I didn't get a call back - otherwise it would have been five stars.

Very responsiveI couldn't tell if the transaction went through. I sent a request to customer service and received an immediate response the next morning and the goods were shipped immediately.I didn't care for the Fedex experience which as nothing to do with your service. Communication issues because of importing goods.The box was damaged on the corner and was open to the inside but their was no damage to the jacket.
