Very poor, delivery has not been achieved despite the stated delivery being 3 days ago. IVery poor. No automated email updated on delivery. Despite stated hours of Sat service no answer during the 4 hours of me phoning - all operators were apparently busy all day !So far failed to deliver, failed to update, and failed to be available during stated working hours - if I could give less than a one star service I would. Lets hope my goods for which payment has already left my bank account are actually delivered. At this stage the worst online purchase system I have every used lets hope things will improve or this will be the last time I and my friends use this website - back to Lovell for me.

Brilliant service, quick delivery. I returned item but was free and extremely stress free. Best service Ive ever had when it comes to refunds. I didnt have to ring, send a mail, pay for the delivery nothing. Just filled in the form and put it back in original packaging.

Quality service and adviceI wanted to order a couple of cold weather undergarments. The Barrington stores website proved easy to navigate and compare products. Once I had decided on my choice, the information on colours and sizes in stock was clear. I cannot fault the service I received through, the ordering and payment procedure to the next day delivery.The products arrived exactly as published so, 5 stars all round. I would recommend this company on this basis.
